I offered him a reasonable question about his services:

Hi Harlan,

Thank goodness you wrote. My wife and I have been frantic trying to find a solution for our son's disfiguring teeth problems, and it sounds like you might be our answer to prayer. You see, our son lost both his front teeth and we're worried that this horrible trick of fate will put him at a disadvantage. We don't want our precious child to go through life being ridiculed for his missing teeth, and we believe that plastic surgery may be the best way of righting this wrong.

Does your list cross reference doctors? For example, your list includes pediatricians, dentists, and plastic surgeons, but does it show pediatric dentists who perform plastic surgery? That's what we need, and we're willing to pay any price to obtain this information.

Constructively yours,

Greg
